06 Nov yoga day 4: savasana is my friend
Savasana, also known as the dead body pose is such a welcome moment of recovery, especially the first one, after the completion of the standing poses.
One lays down facing the ceiling and just takes a moment to focus on their breathing.
Savasana is also the time I have found myself being and feeling thankful for things that across my mind at the time.
Some thoughts have included being thankful for having the opportunity to take this challenge, thankful for life, love, family, friends and I have even found myself being thankful for the sweat!

p.s. for some reason my right butt cheek hurt after class on day 4. Random tidbit. Hey, I said I’d be transparent! #shrug
