04 Nov yoga day 3: early riser
Could this be? Is Bikram making me into an early riser?
I woke up at 8am and I was very well rested. I know 8am doesn’t seem like that early, but for someone who usually sleeps after 4am, it’s pretty early!
I hydrated, had some fruit and eggs and started preparing for my yoga class.
I opted for the 10am session on day 3 and it was a good class!
I was sweating buckets of blinding sweat that I found myself wiping my face a lot more.
There’s nothing as awesome as seeing a united body of people sweating out of every pore and holding the same pose.
It’s so comforting to know that I am not alone in the process. There are times when I get a little overwhelmed and when I need a moment to recover I’m grateful that the room has a peaceful atmosphere that hasn’t made me feel like a failure!
Today is going to be day 4! Looking forward to it!
