29 Apr Where To Eat In Halifax | Coastal Cafe – The Durty Burd

Halelujah! Warm weather weekends are here! Last Saturday was absolutely beautiful in Halifax, if you were on the side of the street where the sun was shining! Ha! I’m so ready for full on summer heat that makes me curse at it and yet can’t stay away from experiencing it! My friends and I intend to have an amazing summer filled with trying out new things so look forward to weekly posts of what I get up to (brunch, adventures, mini road trips, festivals and more!)
Here’s what I tried for the first time this past weekend..

What: The Durty Burd [2 Fried Eggs, Habanero Buffalo Chicken, Bacon Ranch, and Guacamole also in an English Muffin w/ Hash or Salad]

Where: The Coastal Cafe, 2731 Robie St, www.thecoastal.ca

Words: The perfect bite is when you have a lil kick from the habanero and buffalo smothered chicken mellowed by the guacamole with a little crunch from the toasted english muffin and fried eggs. It’s so dirty but oh so good!

Warning: It gets busy so go there knowing that you might have to wait a little to get a table. If you’re too hungry and can’t wait, order to go and find a spot in our beautiful city to sit!
