As promised, I will be sharing something different that I get up to each weekend in Halifax. Early Saturday morning I went to the Seaport Farmer’s Market. From food to flowers, crafts to live entertainment, there’s something for everyone there, I promise that you’ll never leave empty handed. Here are my top 5 things to browse at the market.

1. Carbs Carbs Carbs for every palette! There are so many different breads at the market it’s insane! 2. Chocolate tasting! I’ve developed a love for dark chocolate and the vendor I stopped by had so much goodness! 3. Pastries you guys! I have a weakness for crispy flaky yumminess, throw in some custard and some apples, yes yes a thousand times yes! 4. The Cake Lady! She’s German and she bakes like a beast! I have professed my love to her numerous times! 5. Freshness! Fresh salads. Fresh meats. Amazing Seafood. Oh and the Cheesecake Wizard. bonus: Wrap So D by Chef Darren Poirier! He takes care of all your breakfast needs while he sings and he can saaannggggg!

This city is AMAZING you just have to take the time to experience it!
