21 May PERFECT SPRING DRESS + ERASING STYLE STEREOTYPES

The perfect spring dress exist! For me this season, it’s this Eloquii off-the-shoulder number! I keep looking at it, hung up in my closet and yearning to take to her out for a spin!

Because I couldn’t wait to wear it, I created a storyboard of my perfect spring dress with the beautiful backdrop of double-decker buses! I first came across the dress from the brand’s #ModelThat campaign.   It spotlighted women erasing stereotypes in different industries and provided a platform for them to inspire a larger audience! When I think of what stereotypes I’m helping to erase, here’s one pertaining to style! I’m a fat girl with badass style. I just wanna be a fashion icon y’all. Period!
