11 Sep A STRIPED JUMPSUIT, FLASHY RED CAR & I CAN NOW CHANGE A TIRE!
Hands up if you don’t know much about how to check your oils and/or change a tire! You are not alone amiga/amigo! I recently spent an evening with Ford, together with 99 other women, learning some car maintenance tips! I soaked in SO much information and boiled it down to my top 5 wow-I’m-so-glad-I-know-that-now tidbits!
1. If your tire pressure is low and needs some air, open the driver’s door and check the sticker on the side panel next to the seat to see how much air your tires need e.g 35 PSI Other spots this info may be are the car manual, fuel door and on the glove compartment door!
2. How do you tell which oil goes where? Check the different caps under your hood, most have icons or info telling you what goes where! Also, windshield wiper fluid tends to be colorful!
3. Your spare tire needs maintenance too! Check it every few months to make sure it’s pressure’s good. It’s tire pressure info is also on the spots named in #1 as most are a different size and need a different amount of air!
